Taking the step to lose excess bodyweight or bodyfat is a big step when you have more than 10-15 kg of overweight to lose. If you have 5, 10, 15 kg or more, than starting may not even be your biggest challenge, but staying motivated is often the most difficult for most of us.

When it comes to exercise, it’s not uncommon to focus on cardiovascular exercise as the best means of losing weight and changing your body composition. But, it’s a mistake to overlook strength training as an important piece of the weight loss process. This is why I advise doing your workouts with resistance, your bodyweight, or extern weights like dumbbells and barbells.

We are anatomically all built the same, our bodies, but my goodness, each person is their own individual and thus each person is different. Each weight loss program is created personally for you, getting you more efficient results than you will find by many other online programs.
